Under the circumstances regarding the spitter and Mosser Paul Huebner a police report was filled that night by the victim of the spitting Aron Hershkop.
Two days later, on Tuesday, July 27th, the victim A.H. went to retrieve his complaint number and was advised that no report was filed. The police report had mysteriously disappeared.
WIS was informed that there is a 40 minute audio recording of the report being made.
The way it works:
Every report that is made must first pass through the Inspector of the precinct, in the 71st precinct that would be InspectorPeter Simonetti . After the Inspector sees the report, he will then decide what to do with it. The Inspector can give the case over to a detective to investigate or if the report is against someone like Paul Huebner, a Shmira member and an ID holder of the C.O.P. [aka. KAPO] program created and managed by known other than Peter Simonetti. Or, Simonetti is afraid the report will bring crime stats up. No inspector wants his stats up.
In an act of revenge Inspector Peter Simonetti has decided to target the complaining victim (whose report went missing) and his volunteer organization the Shomrim safety patrol.
While crime has gone outrageously high (with robberies, hate crimes, shootings and fake terrorist threats), in the Crown Heights neighborhood, policed by the 71st precinct, it seems the inspector has opted to use all his resources to target one individual, his business and organization. [WIS has reported about this ongoing harassment from a (not so) civil servant onto a private citizen back in July 2009]
One example: On the same day (about 12 hours earlier)Kurton Grant (16) was shot and killed in cold blood on Kingston Ave. and Maple, the police department, led by NYPD gangster Lenny Wright, Simonetti’s right hand man, shows up on East New York Ave, just around the corner of the murder scene. So we have here a police department who spends its day staking and targeting an innocent civilian. This entire episode take place on three day holiday stretch, when Jews spend most of their day in the synagogue, in order to cowardly tow a car. The police spend over two hours removing the car, yet, around the same corner it’s an all-out gun war.

The law is that if a vehicle is illegally parked on the side walk, the police must first issue it a ticket/summons before towing. No ticket/summons was issues in this case.
No civilian complaints were made regarding cars on sidewalks. The car was not blocking the side walk.

The inspector ordered the officers to specifically go down that day (Rosh Hashona) to get A.H. car on East New York avenue. Some Facts about the latest episode regarding the Shomrim Command post: Shomrim has been parking their command post for Simchas Bais Hashoava on Crown and Kingston for the last 5 years. For the past three years, Shomrim has been parking on Crown and Kingston for every Shabbos and Yom-Tov.
There is absolutely nothing happening on that corner (Crown and Kingston) that would warrant the police having to move it. As a matter of fact, all the corners are occupied by various vendors selling cotton candy, ice-cream, soda and hot-dog. The only reason to remove a command center that actually helps the community (with missing children, safety etc…), is pure hate!

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — On Wednesday night, the first night of the holiday of Sukkos, police went in an all out war with the community’s neighborhood Jewish volunteer patrol, Shomrim.
As thousands of residents were on their way home from Shul they were treated to a rather bizarre sight of a massive NYPD tow truck hooking up the Shomrim Mobile Command Post and towing it away.
After more then 5 years in which Shomrim has been parking the vehicle on Kingston and Crown for better access, in case of an incident heaven forbid, and as a deterrence, police decided to show the community that it is only the cops that they can rely on to protect or to help them.
This year resident watched in horror as Sergeant Robert Troise stood and commanded the reluctant tow truck driver to move the command post. The driver at first refused to stating that it was too large to safely tow, but after Mr. Troise yelled at him that he must tow the truck he yielded and towed it away.
“The command post belongs to the community” said Aron Hershkop, one of the coordinators of Shomrim. “The festive event that runs on the nights of Sukkos has no provisions for how to deal with missing children, or victims of minor crimes,” he said adding that this is that void that Shomrim has been filling for the past 5 years on the corner of Crown and Kingston and for the 10 years before that on Montgomery and Kingston, both of which Shomrim was forbidden from parking there.
This is yet another attack in an elaborate series that was perpetrated by Inspector Peter Simonetti, commanding officer of the precinct, in his bid to crush and destroy Shomrim, one which they vowed would not deter them.

The Crown Heights voter knows very well who Chanina Sperlin is and what hes all about, they know this when they went to vote and they know it now. As a matter of fact, only three month ago, Chanina Sperlin stood up in front of almost 400 Crown Heights residents and told us all what he was about. In the two minuets and forty-nine seconds that Chanina Sperlin attempted to speak, he told us two things…

2. Chanina can’t speak for the life of him. Chanina is NOT a speaker. Chanina Sperlin CAN NOT communicate.

The recipient of this semicha demonstrated sufficient education and proper judgment to be able to render halachic judgments on matters of religious law as it pertains to daily life such as kashrut, nidda, and permissible or forbidden activities on Shabbos or Yom Tov.
Yadin Yadin:
The recipient of this semicha demonstrated sufficient education and proper judgment to be able to render halachic judgments on matters of religious law as it pertains to monetary and property disputes.
Yatir Bechorot Yatir:
The recipient of this semicha demonstrated sufficient education and proper judgment to determine the ritual status of firstborn animals that have developed a blemish. This degree required extensive veterinary knowledge.
While the first two classes are still issued today, the last one is not.
Yadin Yadin in basically like doing internship. The Rabbi to be sites at Din Torahs to watch and learn, every professional (Doctors and lawyers, judges to be etc…) does this and so should a Rov of a Beis Din.
The main and ONLY purpose of a Beis Din is to conduct Din Torahs between fellow Jews, everything else is secondary.

Establishing a system of judges, courts, and officials to maintain and enforce the law is a far-reaching responsibility. So it’s confirmed what WIS and the other “amateur blogger” have been saying all along about Bruans associations with the Mosrim gang. For some odd reason every time a comment was written about that fact (the Braun is a Mendle Hendel puppet), their were many responses denying that and even down grading the very idea, if that’s not deceit then what is.
Had they come out in the open as to who is backing Bruan, they would have lost. This is NOT a victory for the Mosrim, the Mosrim lost in the last election when it was them (the Mosrim) running and their names pictures plastered on posters (had that been done now, like the signs on WIS in the streets, the out come would have been different 100n%). This elections does not give them a pass. The first real (out in the open) sign of their involvement was in last nights party.
Another thing they hide from the public was the fact that they were running under the Mishichist banner. Not one publication had Yechi printed on it and Bruan did not speak about this issue. This can be compered to the way the Democrats are acting in their bids for election or re-elections. Mishichistim like the Democrats are embarrassed to run under that banner.
This is not a victory for Mishichistim.
The only thing I don’t understand is why the Rabbi Bogomilsky side did not go negative. [a few blogs asking some questions is not a campaign, besides the fact that WIS was never the official campaigner for anybody. The views expressed here were WIS ans WIS alone]. Did the Bogomilsky people really think that the Mosrim would play fair? Just look how the “no negative campaigning worked out for McCain against Obama.
The Mosrim took a young guy which nobody really new, show cased him around the neighborhood as a clean (no associations) type of guy. On the other hand they went and attacked in the worse way possible a respected Rov from Crown Heights and the world, what else were we to expect. They lied and cheated the people, should that be a surprise from a gang of Mosrim? Hells no!
Lets look at whose celebrating, WIS does not see “the Crown Heights community” celebrating, what we all clearly see are only Mosrim celebrating. You should all be asking yourselves why the huge celebration over a Rov? What does this mean to these Mosrim that they are so happy? And you should all get very worried.
Hint – Why are they happy:They are not happy because now we will have a full functioning Beis Din. The Mosrim are not happy because now a Din Torah will be a Din Torah (al pi din). They are not happy that a Psak Din will be a Psak Din (al pi shulchan aruch). They are not happy that all three Rabonim wil have to get along.
The Mosrim don’t care about all these things, in fact they despise these things, it is everything they are against. In fact it was all because of their efforts the last 30 years (and manly, stronger the last ten), that the Bais Din has been destroyed. It is they and only they who have made a total mockery of the Beis Din and the Rabonim in that Beis Din. It is they who killed Rabbi Marlow, it is they who tried to take out Rabbi Osdoba, it is they who brought Rabbi Schwei to fight Osdoba and it is they who bring us Rabbi Bruan to do G-d only knows what.
We are sure to find out sooner then we would want. Judging from their track record, it’s not going to be productive things (you know, small things like Mesira etc…). Strap in my brothers and sisters, if you think these Mosrim destroyed enough these pass 10-15 years, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

As far as WIS is concerned the situations is as it was the last 15-20 years.

This Sunday we will be voting in an election that will take this community either up or further down. The results of these elections are the difference between light and darkness, good and evil (yes, Mesira is evil).

Personally, I go to Rabbi Bogomilsky for any Shaalos or advice, whether big or small, regarding myself or my family. Although outcomes of Din Torahs or answers to my questions have not always turned out in my favor, I always felt that I had been heard and trusted that each time answers were given Al Pi Torah.
Rabbi Bogomilsky was very much involved in every aspect of the Shomrim Six case. At each stage, he was consulted and gave his advice on how we should continue. But it was more than that; he would wait for updates on how each trial day went.
