For over two years now, Mossrim like Chanina Sperlin and Mendle Hendel and co., Have been pushing for the arrest and prosecution of six members of our  community (known to us now as the Shomrim Six). Chanina Sperlin used his political connections to have the Shomrim Six arrested. Chanina Sperlin (son of a felon) later would use his connections to pressure the DA’s office to up the simple  misdemeanor charges to felonies which could have easily landed them in jail for 15 years G-d forbid. Any caring and truthful person that took the time to come to court knows as a matter of fact that the Shomrim Six trial was the joke of the court system (every judge, lawyer and law office knows about this joke of a case). The Judge wanted it over before it started but the DA ‘s office insisted that it precede (from orders from the top).  This case should have not gone to trial, but it did and it and may I add very maliciously.

Mendle Hendel, Chanina Sperlin, Yaakov Schwei, Zev Cadaner, Eli Poltrak* and Yingy Bistritzky and many others in the community (ranging from mishichist leaders and Mashpiyim and anybody that maybe could help, anybody whom might have some influence) were approached to help stop this Mesira before it went to trial. They all pretended that they can’t do a thing, some even justified and excused.

Even when the Bais Din sent the Mossrim Hazmona to a Din Torah the day before they were to testify (to inform them that they had no permission) the DA came in the next day threating to lock [G-d forbid] up the Rabbonim for interfering with the law.

Now, these same people are threating and intimidating residence that could G-d forbid loss their houses not to go testify in court to try and save their homes. I’m not getting in to what did or did not actually happen with Eli Ezagui, thats not the point of this post and let’s not make it about that, this is not a post about Eli Ezagui’s guilt or innocents. This is about how the same people who stood by a few weeks ago and supported, justified and  excused a viscous Mesira against Six of our own residents that go above and beyond to do Chesed (acts of goodness and kindness), to make out community a better place, are now all of a sudden helping another Jew and using the “Don’t do Mesira” argument ???

[Reminder: I don’t know the specifics of whether in this case it was or is a Mesira, each individual must go ask his Rov. What I do know is, that there has not been a letter from any Rav stating that  there is no right to testify. Let me make it clear, if they don’t testify, they will loss their homes and those telling them not to are not offering any other alternative].

Some of these all of a sudden righteous people either straight out supported the Mossrim, Helping them make the complaints; taking them to the Da’s office and flying them in to testify etc… Some of these righteous people just stood by pretending they just can’t do anything, not even protest.  These very same people  are intimidating members of our community with what, MESIRA???? They are putting immense pressure, telling people that to go testify would be MESIRA. [again, not getting to whether it is or isn’t Mesira, thats not what this post is about].  All of a sudden these same people whom only a few short weeks ago stood by and let a viscous blood libel/Mesira happen (and still is happening with the lawsuit and one Shomrim volunteer still in court on false charges)  are worried about Mesira?

A message to all those who are fighting to keep their homes, tell these Hypocrites to go to hell.

Ask them where they where when six of your friends and neighbors where being maliciously  prosecuted by their fellow Jews? (may I add, not even from Crown Heights). Ask them, how do they still allow this Mesira to go on as they speak to you about how Mesira is bad?. Ask them for a letter from a Bais Din that this is indeed a Mesira. Ask them How they will help you when you loss your house.  And must impotently, ask them what is their motive in this. We all know they don’t care about Mesira, so what is it?

*Eli Poltrak is calling  victims of this unfortunate episode and offering them his services as a lawyer. Besides Mesira Mr. Poltrak knows nothing, he can’t help you, don’t let him fool you, he will take your money and run. Eli Poltrak (as heard in testimony in court) was involved in helping the Mossrim in the Shomrim Six case. Eli Poltrak is working together with Paul Huebner to fight against Shomrim and the Rabbonim/Bais Din of our community. Eli Poltrak is a Mosser and lier.  This past October (Tishrei), both Poltrak and Codaner were approached and asked to help stop with the Mesira against the Shomrim Six, they just laughed it off and justified and excused Mesira. Poltrak even used the line…  “If your innocent, you don’t have anything to worry about”.

Op-Ed: Bad Apples

“Is it true that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch??”

What I have noticed is that one bad piece of fruit, apple, oranges, plums in general any fruit will cause others to follow suit just by contact. One apple with a brown soft spot touching another is a chemistry reaction, that apple too will in short time (unsure how much) also start to follow suit. The Oranges become soft then a white residue within days the next orange has the same thing!

You will also notice apples that rot on a tree, the bad apple touching another will cause that one to go bad also. During apple season if you know of a tree, find one that is bad especially side by side with a good one and watch it for the week you will see that it too will begin to rot. I notice this on our apple tree in the garden!

Yes it’s true, it does not happen over night but will happen within days!

It’s always best to go through the basket of apple checking for the bad one. Remove it and rinse the other down and wipe completely dry. This removes any residue from the bad apple, this I do for all fruits when I find a bad apple…

Once that apple begins to spoil, it feeds the bacteria (or fungus) to be able to spread to other apples. Yes, the only solution is to remove the other apples from the barrel and wash them . . . if one knows that a spoiled on is at the bottom. This is why folks use this as a metaphor of social interactions: one person with anti-social ideas, left alone with others, spreads those ideas until much of the others (much of the group) is also filled with untested, unverified, unproven, but anti-social ideas.

THIS, THIS AND THIS is very good, uplifting and inspiring. Talking and encouraging love to one another (Ahavas Yisroel) and increasing in learning of Torah is always good.  Using the example above with the apples. Imagine you find a rotten apple in a basket full of nice fresh apples, what would you do? Obviously throw it out (to save the rest). Now, imagine someone came to you and suggested that instead of throwing out that rotten apple you add more fresh apples. Vda’l.

A friend of my father called the organizer of the “Urgent Kinus”  and asked him whether the agenda for that night had something about the Mesiras that are taking place in Crown Heights daily.

The responds he received was  “I know of the terrible Mesiras that are happening, but we don’t want to offend anybody”.

Now what does that even mean? He does not want to talk about Mesira because he will offend who, the Mossrim? For G-ds sake, you want the Mossrim to get offended. He wasn’t asked to mention any names, just talk about Mesira (how big of a sin it is etc…), if someone in the crowed would get offended and leave (“Al Rosh Haganav Bo’er Hakova”-“The hat burns on the head of the thief”) , that just great, that’s what we want. Perhaps he will go home and think about what hes doing.

[The Rambam these days, for those learning 3 chapters a day is discussing the laws of stealing and robbing etc… This past Shabbos a member of my Shul started reading the Rambam in a load and exciting voice. I immediately asked him to be quit. I simply explained to him that there might be some Ganovim (crocks and thefts) sitting in Shul that might get offended by him talking about them].

If the Mossrim don’t end up totally destroying us from the inside out, our political correctness or better yet, our misplaced self righteousness will.

The second event which I watched on-line almost got there. One of the speakers kind of touched (38:50-41:20) on the issue, but didn’t really say what had to be said*. My conclusion from that event was that people (community leaders, Rabbies, Masspiyim and Rosh Yeshivas) are simply scared.  Scared to look  under the dark and scary bed and call out the monsters (so to speak). So instead they cover it up with speaking about “Ahavas Yisroel” and doing good etc… which is very good for a Chassider Farbragen. But when you make a community gathering to speak about whats going on  and what you can do, you speak (also) about what we can do to strengthen and you  speak about getting ride of the weaknesses (the rotten apples).

We, the people that actually show up, listen and take to heart, could add and add in good things (“If good is good is better not better?”). The bad guys, the Mossrim, who did not come or don’t care about anything being said and for-sure about any of the positive, are still out there.

As a result of the good people being high on love, the Mosser  gets a bigger pass, after all now you (the good guy, who means well) is high on misguided  “love”, you don’t want to hear what you perceive (from the holy place you stand) as negative and in fact now anybody talking about the Mosser becomes a “negative” person. And the Mosser is happy like a pig in…. nobody tells him a thing.

[What I do find strange is that the fact that the  same person high on “love” will use this misguided love to tell off another that speaks the truth about Mossrim (and any wrong behavior), with statements like “wheres your Ahavas Yisroel”….”Must you speak about that now”…”your full of hate”…”what would the Rebbe say”…”why speak about these things at all?” etc… these same people won’t do this to the actual Mosser/bad guy whose actually causing harm to other Jews. Making true the statement: “Those who are kind to the cruel will end up being cruel to the kind”].

By the way, who are those people making those foolish statements (of misguided love)? Who are those justifying and excusing the Mossrim and the Mishichistim (usually the same people)?

They are either Mossrim or Mishichistim themselves or they know somebody (family/relative or “close” friend that is). They can’t bring themselves to admit that maybe their father, mother or bother etc… is wrong (a evil person or crazy), so they must justify and excuse for them. Why must they do that (justify and excuse), because, if they are wrong (evil or crazy) and I’m close to them, then I have a responsibly to do the right thing and stop the wrong they are doing. Now I don’t have the courage or the strength to do the right thing (I’m a coward), but I’m a good person (how can I not do the right thing?), maybe perhaps, you know what, their not so bad after all. Problem solved, now you don’t have to do anything after all nothings wrong. You swept everything under the rug, you pat yourselves on the back, it’s all good!

Hamavin Yovin, those who want to understand will and everybody else, the justifiers and excuses, the other rotten apples, it’s time you get taken out of the basked with your Mossrim friends.

* He did read a very powerful Rambam and following the advice of the third speaker that night of personal responsibility, I take from that that each one (who cares) will go learn this on his own. Not everything has to be spoon feed to us.

Mishichistim and Mossrim, One Of The Same

Anybody wearing this Kippa is sick and needs help. If you see someone wearing this you should be asking yourself, what is wrong with this guy? I promise it won't be long till you find out.

What is my opinion about THIS and THIS? You already know, because I wrote about this before.

What I will tell you now is…

The same people that justify and excuse the Mishichistim for their idol worshiping and their violence  etc… etc… Happen to be the same people who justify and excuse Messira.

Why is that? because all mishichstim are Mossrim!.

I must say, reading some of the comments on THIS post and all the others on this issue, it’s really funny to see crazy people (going by “we normal mishichistim”(?)) calling others (the “not” normal mishichistim) crazy.

Giving credit where credit is do:
Thank G-d a Rabbi (Rov) finally (as late as it is) had the guts to do the right thing. Although I  reminder that Rabbi Heller wrote about this way back  in 1995, much before any real craziness had began.  Better late then ever. Also thank you CH.Info yet again for having the guts to report whats happening and calling it as it is. The truth as always is hard to hear and of course the mossrim mishichistim never like being exposed, so don’t take it personnel. For 15 year they tried (sometimes succeeded and Thank g-d, mustly failed) to shut down or lock up anybody who would stand up and point out (expose) their wrong doings.

I like what happening here. For 15 years the good people have stood by silence, some simply thinking it was the better thing to do (Ahavas Yisroel etc… all the self righteousness we are reading in some of the comments even today). And others simply afraid to speak out, because of intimidation and terrorism (read this: A House Divided). Now finally, maybe thanks to the new media, people are not afraid to simply state whats on their minds. Thank g-d for that!!! G-d bless America, were free at last!!!

We got a Rat Problem… Let’s Get Rid Of It Together!

If your neighbor has a Rat problem, YOU have a Rat problem; If YOU and your neighbor have a Rat problem then your whole block has a Rat problem; if your block has a Rat problem then your whole neighborhood has a Rat Problem.

How do you get rid of this Rat problem?

1. Recognizing that you do indeed have a Rat problem.

2. Uniting  with your neighbors to fight the Rat problem together.

Only if WE fight it together will we destroy the Mossrim once and for all!

Organize Against Rats and Mice:
Get together with your neighbors. Clean up several yards in the same area. Trap and poison neighbor-hood rodents at the same time. This way, re-infestation from nearby rodents is less likely.

WHERE: Now you have to understand, this item did not just fall from the sky and what are the chances that I myself would find this lying around, very slim. So where did this come from?

A few weeks ago WIS received an e-mail from someone claiming to be a woman with the e-mail address sexypink411@hotmail.com, she claimed to have found the site WhoIsShmira by doing a goggle search of  the name Shmira and Kozlovsky (as seen on fake Id). She claimed to be a prostitute who had been visited by Mr. Kozlo several times in the past. She claimed that Mr. Kozlo had left this Id by her. She also mentioned that she was angry at him and wanted to get revenge. She claimed that the last time Kozlo saw her he used and abused her and didn’t even leave a tip. HOW: She offered to mail the Id to me if I promised to post it.  She also made it a point to mention how Mr. Kozlo came by with friends wearing uniforms and caring radios and claiming to be police and  at one point they came with a police car (known to us as the COP car).
