Yaakov Herzog

The Felon Yaakov Herzogis a known rebel-rouser in the Crown Heights Community.

Jacob Herzog and his gang of Mossrim have made it a point (for 30 years) to have good innocent residents of Crown Heights arrested and prosecuted with intent to have the opportunity to label those good people as Criminals.

The agenda is clear,  being blemished with such a label either personally or family members, they attempt to make everybody around them criminals so they don’t look so bad.

Yaakov Herzog falsely testifies for the Ganev and Mosser  Yaakov Spritzer in the Machne Menachem RICO case.

On May 6, 1997, the plaintiffs, a not-for-profit Corporation and Yaakov Spritzer, filed a complaint against seven named defendants consisting of 167 paragraphs extending over 50 pages and asserting eleven claims as follows:

This went on for several years until the judge dismissed the suit and had this to say in the verdict:
