Shmira Mesira Member Yitzchok Shuchat Arrested, Faces Extradition to U.S.

[Jerusalem Post] A Suspect who allegedly beat 2 African Americans in Brooklyn in 2008 and then escaped to Israel was arrested and now faces Extradition to the U.S.

The international department of the State Attorney’s Office petitioned the Jerusalem District Court on Sunday to determine whether 28-year-old Yitzchak Shuchat can be extradited to the United States. Shuchat is wanted in the New York on hate crime charges, having allegedly beaten two African Americans in April 2008.

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — After more than a year of relentless persecution by officers of the 71st Precinct against members of the Crown Heights Shomrim, they have apparently decided that this is still not enough, and have since escalated their efforts, launching a coordinated assault on the volunteer security organization.

Since the beginning of 2010 marked Shomrim vehicles have been the target of a steady stream of citations by various agencies, from traffic cops to police officers. Now one officer – who has himself written tens of such violations – took it to the next level by pulling over a marked Shomrim scooter.

Intro: As you already all know the Government (using our tax money), allocates millions of dollars to the CHJCC for the sole purpose of helping low income families. The CHJCC receives millions from various programs for specific purposes, which we all already know does not get used for those purposes but instead to fill the private pockets of greedy individuals.

Every once in a while an agency giving money will send down an auditor to make sure all is in order. Bellow you will find a report from one such audit where it was found that $80,000 dollars was illegally withdrawn from the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).

Loan obtained from WX $80,000, payrolls paid from funds borrowed from WX unacceptable to DHCR.  Mrs. Uminer provided me the backups  to demonstrate the return of $80k to the WX ___  & will return all monies to WX for payrolls

The CHJCC only returned the money because they were caught red handed. The CHJCC response says it all.
