WIS has recently become aware that Menachem Mendle Hendel is unlawfully using a non-for-profit corporation for personal finances and money laundering. Mr. Menachem Mendel Hendel runs and chairs his own Non-For-Profits (above).
In 2008 Mr. Hendel filled his organizations total assets at $3,532,143. Mr. Hendel claimed to only take $21,440 in salary from the non-for-profit in order to enjoy full benefits, including, section 8, food-stamps, Medicaid. To WIS knowledge Mr. Handle does not have any other income source, in fact studying his non-for-profit 990 return WIS was shocked to discover that the donations his organization does disperse are all local intuitions and schools. Mr. Hendel uses the non-for-profit to pay his children tuition to school and summer camp.
In 2009 although Mr. Hendels organization total assets grow by almost two million dollars, and despite having additional children in his household, Mr. Hendel strangely gives himself a pay cut down to $14,266. (More about this to come).
Mr. Hendel uses funds from the non-for-profit for personal needs (to buy himself and family food, clothing and other personal items). (More about this to come).
Furthermore it was shocking to learn that Mr. Handel used his NTTE marked as Homeless Shelters while he reported in 2008 sending over $875,265 to foreign entities.
In 2009 he reported sending $994,665 to foreign entities.
This non-for-profit is used to launder Mr. Handel’s finances. (More about this to come).
As a resident of The Crown Heights neighborhood and as someone who is well aware of Mr. Hendels dealings WIS is not aware of any homeless shelters. WIS is also aware that Mr. Hendel involves himself in shady business with other shady people and entities. (More about this to come).
After much delay Mr. Hendel had only recently [About April of this year] filed his 2008-2009 990 forms.
Mr. Hendel has yet to file his 2009-2010 990 forms.

That, The Sholom Ber Drizin pays his son-in-law Menachem Mendel Schneerson, not to go to work and for him to be busy with agitating and instigating machloikes with his buddies. That, The Sholom Ber Drizin, gives money to Chaim Serbransky to influence Braun and Schwei and do exactly as The Sholom Ber Drizin wants.
