The following vehicles driving and parked on our streets without registration, inspection and insurance for years upon years. Definitely not legal.
No Registration, No Inspection, No Plates and No air in tiers.
Fake; self made plates, no insurance, inspection and registration
What happens when these two illegal vehicle get involved in an accident?

They are not fake, and your lack of understanding of that matter does not make it illegal either.
