DID I NOT SEE YOU GUYS ADVERTISING about 6 months ago that Shmira HIRES security guard for Lefferts Park – extended hours? so I guess this guy was on duty at the extended hours OF THE NIGHT what happens after that or during the day when people are actually at the park IS HE OFF DUTY at that time? Can I ask you is he also part of your 100 VOLUNTEERS? I have never considered someone that takes money a volunteer, volunteer for pay it just doesn’t make sense to me. If you get paid it’s a job and when the job is over you are OFF DUTY.

Poor Dovi Best, Paul Huebner And His Shmira Mesira Gang Screwd Him Good

last week wednesday june 25th Dovi Best got locked up in front kol tuv the store he works in for trying to bribe a police officer who was going to give him a ticket for being parked in the bus stop and got arrested.

Paul Huebner, the MOSER who was (and still is) behind getting 6 shomrim members locked up, decided to be the ‘legal representetive’ to dovi and walked into the poice station and demanded to see his ‘client’ aggravating and annoying the police officers.

given that this was dovis first criminal offence the police were going to release him with a ‘DAT’ (desk appeance ticket) and he would have to apear in court at a later date and not have to go into central booking.

once Huebenr the MOSER got involved the DAT option was taken away from him and he was sent to central booking where he stayed for over 24 hours after his paperwork got lost (i bet they did that to punish best on behalf of huebner).

after dovi was finaly released late thursday PAUL HUEBNER THE MOSSER went and demanded $1,500.00 FOR HIS SERVICES!

HE SCREWD DOVI WITH HIS LEGAL INCOMPETANCE AND THEN MADE HIM PAY FOR IT TOO!

dont be fooled by him trying to establish himself as a ‘community lawyer’, he is incompetant, he is a cheater, and worst of all he a MOSER, one who is trying to establish his credibility by arragning the prosecution of the 6 shomrim members. he was fired from his last lawfirm for bilking his clients and for misrepresentation.

What’s the difference between Shomrim and shmira? Nothing at all, what ever Shomrim does shmira simply copies and takes the credit.

After weeks of parking the shomrim command post on the corner of Kingston and Crown shmira puts up a sight directly on top. Desperate people do desperate things!

First it was the name, Shmira 718-774-3333 [a number that has been in the organization for 30 years] after many years changed its name to Shomrim still under 718-774-3333 (for more click here). Six years later a new group opens up with an original name (can you guess) SHMIRA with a new number (yes, its true Shmira came first). Now, that’s not enough they must copy every aspect of the name, Shomrim has CHVP so they have CHSP (not much of a difference).

Shomrim got T-shirts, caps and jackets the next thing we know (can you guess) shmira has them as well (not as nice of course).

Crownheights.info reports that Shomrim will be coming out with patrol cars, a few days later (did you guess yet) shmira comes out with one. When speaking with a coordinator for shomrim, he said that people when seeing the shmira car came over to him to complement him on the great job.

Almost every story posted on the web about a call that Shomrim responded to we find on their web sits the same story, just every time it should have said Shomrim in now says shmira.

The freakiest thing is that they even copy some of Shomrim’s unit names I.e. Shomrim has a G4 they have a G2, How low can you go? thats scary, I wouldn’t want that freak in my living room.

In a few days a shmira member will come over to you and say “Whats the difference between shmira and shomrim? Nothing, What ever shmira does Shomrim copies”. How original!

One might be asking him self, so what is the problem? it’s a good thing they are coping Shomrim, Shomrim does good work and they want to do the same!

Most people did not know the different between Shomrim and shmira; heck most people didn’t even know there were two different organizations. [Thanks to the actions of shmira it self and the existents of this site people know now]. So when we read of how good Shomrim is doing for us, a lot of us felt like doing something back for Shomrim [and this is were shmira comes in], there it was a Pushka that read donate to shmira; a nice brochure with beautiful pictures depicting an active organization that very much resembles the activities of Shomrim. Looking a lot like Shomrim we gladly (not knowing the different) filled those Pushkas up, send in a donation and when a shmira mesira unit knocked on our door wearing a uniform that looks a lot like Shomrim (not knowing the different) we gladly handed him a few dollars.
In fact, when speaking to a Shomrim coordinator he said that people call the hot line and ask “is this shmira” in responds he says “this is Shomrim” they reply “that’s who I meant to call (it’s a mistake they make only once). Most of us still have the older stickers that say Shmira 774-3333.

Conclusion:
They do nothing take all the credit and steal our money.
Let us not forget that their very existents causes much damage to our community.

Were is the $17,000 that shmira collected for cameras?

About a year ago after a few incidents were members of the community were assaulted and many of us were looking for a way to help (in any way we could), Shmira came out with a campaign to raise money for surveillance cameras to put up all over Crown Heights. $17,000 was donated by us (the community). Were is the $17,000? Who has it now? Why wasn’t it used to put up cameras?

An idea:
Since shmira mesira is part of the CHJCC and collects money from the public it is only our right that we know what they are doing with our money. There has to be meetings every month were an account of all spending will be given to us. I want to know how much money they raised until now; I want to know were every single penny is going.

If there are accounts (books) of the money coming in then it’s our right to see them, what do they have to hide? If they don’t have any records of the monies then that’s shady business and it most be put to a stop.

Yesterday [Sunday] a group of messianic’s wanted to practice their ritual of the staged “Rebbe dollars” in front of the Rebbe’s room, but didn’t succeed. The whole place went violent in seconds, a few older people from 770 tried peacefully to end it before it started, but they were just shoved out of 770 by a group of 30, and they went on to trying to give out the dollars.

But then our hero’s “Shmira” came to the rescue. Shmira is known for their violent and aggressive approach to everything. Came in and tried to “break up” the confrontation, but immediately became the victims of a beating on behalf of this group, when shmira completely lost control they started spraying teargas [a.k.a. MACE] in a vain attempt to regain control.

So when Shmira finished fighting with the “dollar people” they still wanted blood, so they turned their wrath on a CrownHeights.info photographer, demanding his camera all the while threatening him physically and holding onto him trying to get at his camera. Their justification for this was that they didn’t want any pictures taken. In the end the photographer got away unharmed.

Just a point of notice there was a video of what went on inside 770 and we are working to get that footage, and there was a COL photographer inside all the while and he was generous enough to share his pictures with us, for your viewing pleasure.

The worst one can get charged with is a 2^nd degree assault plus possession of a weapon, first time offence… he gets off with probation, if anything. But that wasn’t enough the chazzer belly told Mendel Ezagui to hide his SUV, take off the plate and hide it. So now Ezagui doesn’t have his car anymore because police impounded it as evidence.
