Challenges are now being accepted to force removal of candidates running in the upcoming elections for Vaad Hakohol.

After releasing the names of the candidates deemed qualified to run, the Nominations Committee for the CHJCC – Vaad Hakohol and Gabboyim of 770 elections have opened the doors to all residents of Crown Heights to voice their objection to any of the candidates based on the qualification guidelines.

The guidelines of requirements for eligibility of candidates have been enumerated by the committee in the statement as being a Jewish, religious male, who is married and has resided in Crown Heights fro at least 90 days. The man cannot be an administrator of any Crown Heights institution, nor can he be a Netzig (an official representative of any local synagogue).

During the screening process for the current candidates, many objections were raised, causing two people to be removed from candidacy, following the Halachic ruling issued by the head of the Zablo Beis Din which has dealt with the entire controversy, Rabbi Abraham Rosenberg. The rabbi made his firm judgment only after a hearing with all parties involved.

In order to allow for a fully transparent candidates-qualifying and election process, the Nominations Committee has called on anyone with any doubts to submit their challenges in writing. No anonymous claims will be accepted.

The due date for all challenged has been set for 8pm Sivan 21, just over a week before the Rosh Chodesh Tamuz elections.

In January of 1999, four Crown Heights ‘Bochurim‘ got into a car on Erev Shabbos and drove to Montreal, they arrived there on Friday night and went into an industrial area where they knew of a Gemach that had their offices there, within those offices was a safe which contained a “large sum of money” said to have more then a half a million US Dollars. These “Bochurim”, two of which were members of the then ‘Shmira’ (prior to the split).

Paul Huebner son in-law Ephraim Satan was fired from his job at Judaica World for stealing.

It is estimated that Thousands of dollars has been stolen over the last year.

Months ago Mr. Satan was busted stealing $800 from the cash registrar. Mr. Satan was also caught voiding many recites from the computer so the money missing would go unnoticed. In a stupid move the management decided to keep him around. Removing Mr. Satan from working the cash registrar, he found a new way to make a few extra bucks.

On Friday May 7th, 2010 it was discovered that Mr. Satan was selling sets of books and pocketing the money, unknown to his bosses.

Paul Huebner visited the store on Sunday (May 9th), and pleaded that they don’t let the story out to the public and that he would make arrangements to pay everything back. Huebner stated that if this story was to get out to the streets his name would be ruined*. So let’s keep this story just between us.

[* because as of now Huebner is known to be a solid person, a real mensch and when this story hits the street, we will all be shocked and we won’t believe it to be true, after all Paul Huebner is such an “important person in the community”.]

At one point in the discussion about what might be done, the Ganev (Theft) Mr. Satan asked the management with a Chutzpa, “are you going to Moser on me now?” He steals, his father in-law, Paul the Moser Huebner is the orchestrator of the whole Shomrim Six Mesira. The $144 million Dollar lawsuit is still pending and this piece of crap is worried about Mesira?

It was a big mistake of the people at Judaica to get in to a conversation with Huebner and now they will learn the hard way. They should have pressed charges and gave Huebner the number to their lawyers. It’s still not too late. Don’t think twice. Huebner has no problem putting your fellow community members in jail, tested and proven. Moser Mitzva L’Mosria.

Learn from the past, a Din Torah with Huebner will be a waste of time.

Prediction: If Judaica World didn’t file a claim Huebner will play along with them (by pretending to care about a Din Torah),  then in a few mounts file a lawsuit against them.

Just recently on April 15 there took place a  Memorial Tribute for the great man we know as Isaac Zellermaier OBM. I don’t need to get in to how great of a man Isaac was. For those he  helped in the past,  already know, for those of you who didn’t know Isaac, you could have taken the time to go to the memorial, perhaps you could have learned a thing or two of what it means to go above and beyond to help another (Jew or Gentile).

The issue here is…Peter Simonetti, Where was he that night, many politicians came to give their tribute,  why didn’t Simonetti show his face?

Isaac (really) served the Crown Heights community for over 30 years. As we all heard at the tribute, he got along with everybody in the police department, starting all the way up to the commissioner, to the Chiefs and down to the local Inspectors.

Until the sad day when the bully and thug Peter Simonetti YM”S and his henchmen Lenny Wright YM”S came to serve in the 71st precinct. In the first three weeks of being in Crown Heights, Simonetti already managed to make a big mess of things.

When I read this…

The one that comes to mind, is Peter Simonetti YM”S.

His mission was to conquer and destroy. Anybody who would dear get in his way would be mowed down. (Thank G-d, he tried and failed at this mission).

We now know, that one of Simonetti’s goals or perhaps the soul reason he was transferred to Crown Heights in the first place, was to shut down ALL Jewish Patrols, by creating a “Joint Patrol”, known as the COP, with Jews and Blacks etc…  Shomrim being a strong and growing organization found no need to join such a patrol. Shomrim also knowing the past history of how these patrol end up in disaster, decided (thank G-d), to stick with the Jewish Community.

One of the many things we heard about Isaac, from a retired Sargent (who flew all the way from Florida to honor his good friend Isaac) was how “ISAAC LOVED HIS ID”. Isaac had a special ID card from the commissioner, which gave him a lot of access to the top, inableing him to help many people in though situations.

[Note: many of Isaacs close friends heard about this ID for the first time that night, he never showed it off or talked about it]. The ID for Isaac was just another toil to help others in need. He didn’t show it off and stick it in peoples faces.

Came Peter Simonetti and only being here for a few short weeks made sure Isaac losses his ID. Simonetti threatened Isaac with an alternative, “either leave/brake all contact with Shomrim or loss your ID”. We all know which one Isaac chose to stick with. In fact, when Isaac got the call from the commissioner office  that he must give up his ID card. Isaac stated that he will come down personally to give it back. Later on the department begged Isaac to take it back and Isaac refused.

Peter Simonetti, Shame on you!!! No wounder you couldn’t show your face. You know what you did, your embarrassed and rightfully so. You owe Isaac an apology, you owe his family an apology and you owe the organization that Isaac gave his life for an apology.

Yechi Hurts the Melech HaMoshiach

Do to the fight that took place at the great parade 5770, over “an agreement” to say or not say Yechi,  where the the Melech HaMoshiach was standing, the MH”M sustained some serious injuries.
A broken Scull, a broken hand and finger, parts of tooth broking, eyes popping out of face, neck and back injuries to mention a few.

The Mishichistim say they had an arrangement made prior to the parade to say Yechi. Where is the document to prove this claim, where is any prove that this indeed did happen? Chabad.info and the Mishichist party they represent are known for their lies, deceit and propaganda. Oh, Poor Victims- Mishichist Cry Foul- Again

Here we go again. The poor Mishichist victims. What do we want from those poor innocent “believers”. All they want is to take over and destroy, destroy, destroy. Why do we keep resisting, it would be much easier to just give in and let them rule?

Those poor things, what are they already asking for, all they want to do is say Yechi, nothing more, I double promise.

And because we resist their idle worship we must now apologies. Here are the conditions, as they have laid out in the past…

1. A written apology to each of the Victims.

2. Remove their hate filled websites from the internet.

3.  Issue a letter to the community in which they promise to cease from any further fighting, refrain from contact with any of the Bochurim and to abide by the above mentioned conditions.

4. Pay to hang Yechi signs and Moshiach flags all over Brooklyn (just for starters).

5. Leave 770, give over all your Mosdos, give over all your personal property

Chabad.info reported that: Final 56 Bochurim to return to Israel. Thats great, but we have to make sure they can’t come here in the first place. We have to cut of the head. After the Court case, the Bochrim were still staying at 749 which is owned by the Yeshiva and only a few days ago, two of the Mosrim (Rotem and Gur) were spotted entering and exiting 749. For years The Yeshiva has been  harboring these Mishichist terrorist (who have been been embarrassing the Rebbe and beating and harassing Chabad Chassdim). When they did acts of violence, the Yeshiva (Hanhala) stood silence. By the recent Shomrim Six Mesira, the Yeshiva stood silence on Jewish Blood. Now, when these Mosrim return, the Yeshiva stands silance on my brothers blood.

Is this really  [still] a big deal or a surprise for anyone. Have we not seen worse things happen in 770? Something like THIS and THIS, just to mention two. Who could still be shocked of seeing some scribble in a holy book, after having a holy book fly in your face, as a result of “a Jew” throwing that holy book?

The spring is here and  summer is on the way, which means camp is around the corner. Let’s talk about camp.
I did a search and the only camp I see so desperately advertising, is Spritzers camp, going by the name Chayolei Hamelech.

Doing another search I come across another site going by www.machnemenachem.com, and there I read about some of the losers that are going to spending their summer mouths at the Ganev and Moser Yankle Spritzer camp.

I also read this….

Spritzer must return $1.3 million that he stole from  Machne Menachem (-$76,000).

BTW: What happened with the machne Menachem Case/Mesira is a great example of why we can not take things sitting. Had the Machne Menachem Directors done what they had to (after Judge Glassers Ruling), and go on the offense, after Spritzer, they would have had the camp today and Crown Height speared from a lot of Mochlokes, with Spritzer being behind bars.

With the murder that took place in Spritzer camp. It just downed on me, if the employee that was killed did not have any insurance, ummm. I’ll stop here,  got to get to work. No more talking, only doing.

With G.H. becoming the driver of a new School Bus. Yossi Stern, Yanky Prager and Laib Skoblo were seen at the sign place, having a new sign designed with a picture of a School bus, to be hung on the corner of Crown and Kingston. All the Children in shmira can’t wait till it hung up.
The shmire children will have to wait till the mouth of Tishrei.

I’m told that this will be a sign that has never been seen before. Just as years past you felt safe by just knowing there is a shmira/cop sign hanging somewhere. So to, by just looking at this sign, you will go wherever your imagination takes you.
