December 1999: Crown Heights Shmira Patrol an umbrella organization of the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council, Inc. aka Vaad Hakohol, using official CHJCC envelopes (and funds), sent out hate mail against Shomrim, to the entire Crown Heights community.
Shmira was founded by Chanina Sperlin and the CHJCC cabal for the sole purpose of fighting Shomrim. The sole purpose of this fight was in order to create a distraction away from the corruption that was taking place at the CHJCC.

Crown Heights, Brooklyn: Once again 770 descended into chaos this morning after a group of fanatical Meshichistim thugs broke the locks to the upstairs of 770 Eastern Parkway in order to practice their idol worshiping by distributing dollars.
New York State Assemblyman Dov Hikind Says he has been in contact with Israel’s “Attorney General” in an attempt to block the High Court of Justice ordered extradition of Yitzchak Shuchat, who is wanted for a beating a Black honors student in Crown Heights three years ago and who is charged with a hate crime. Shuchat fled to Israel.
January 2011 members of the Crown Heights Shomrim filed a lawsuit against NYPD and various other individuals.
Elie Poltorak forwards the lawsuit to Chanina Sperlin, who then panics and write the following email to Fred Kreizman from the Office of the Mayor.

2008, Yossi Stern sends out an email to “community activist” outlining how they should go about taking down Shomrim once and for all.
Plus an email sent by Chanina Sperlin to the Mayors office which confirms a claim Shomrim made about Sperlins involvement in the Shomrim Six Mesira.

The Crown Heights Jewish Community Council Inc. (CHJCC) has always prided itself as being the backbone/supporter of the Shmira Mesira Patrol, and so too would the Shmira Mesira pride themselves of being the henchmen of the CHJCC.
As a matter of fact, it was the then chairman of the CHJCC Chanina Sperlin, who in 1999 created the Shmira in-order to fight the already existing patrol ‘Shomrim Of Crown Heights’, and fight they did. For over 15 years the Shmira (Prager, Stern and Skoblo to name a few), with the help, support, backing of the CHJCC came after Shomrim at every turn.
The Shmira thugs did the “low” level acts of harassment and terror, like acts of violence, property damage, false police reports etc… in these past 2 years (2008-2010) alone the Shmira made over 200 complaints to 311 and various other agencies against Shomrim volunteers, home and businesses.
While the CHJCC (Chanina Sperlin and gang), made the “high” level attacks, using political pressure to have police target Shomrim with tickets and in a few insistences have them arrested. The people at the CHJCC had a great part in helping the Shmira with the Shomrim Six case.

The Mosser Chanina Sperlin got Mrs. Henna White her job at the Brooklyn’s District Attorneys office. (one of the three jobs Chanina Sperlin has created in 15 years of “service” to Crown Heights and what do you know, it’s a job that helps Chanina Sperlin and Gang carry out Mesira against fellow Jews).
Information out of the DA office is that it was Mrs. Henna White which pushed (with unprecedented pressure) that the Shomrim Six be fully prosecuted in the court of law.
Henna White got a phone call from Chanina Sperlin to get to work (owing him a favor for the job) and she did just that.
Somehow the Shmira Mesira people had information about all the court proceeding’s before the Defendants in the case (the Shomrim Six) knew. The Shmira Mesira got a play by play as to what was happening and what was going to happen (before it did).

This post will be the most attention this “look at me, I exist” event will get. I hope the city will take the proper measures against these litterers. Every poster a $75 fine.

Disregarding the Law, as always Chanina Sperlin illegally plasters our neighborhood with more garbage. Is he above the law?
Finally, the law catches up to the Mossrim. So now we know that they got fined $75 a poster $150 for each (being two together). But driving around the neighborhood today and seeing that there are still many posters hanging (all over), makes me wounder, are they, the Mossrim not worried to get future tickets, are they not going to pay enough already?.
The answer to this is that they are not, and let me explain why. Whats going to happen now, after Chanina Sperlin makes some phone calls, the summons/fines they have rightfully and lawfully received will mysteriously disappear, puff, just like that.
If anybody knows of any way we can track the tickets they received, please inform us, so we may be on top of this.
New York City – It looks like Bill Thompson is going to easily win the write-in vote over Mayor Bloomberg — unfortunately for him, the people doing the writing are city Sanitation agents.
The Sanitation Department reported yesterday that Thompson’s campaign is facing a hefty $125,775 bill for plastering city property with 1,677 illegal campaign posters.
