Yaakov Spritzer
Yaakov Spritzer is a knows thief and trouble-rouser in the Crown Heights community. Yaakov Spritzer is the g-d father of Mesira. It was Yaakov Spritzer who introduced the concept of going to court to the Crown Heights community.
Neurotic projection is perceiving others as operating in ways one unconsciously finds objectionable in yourself.
Complementary projection is assuming that others do, think and feel in the same way as you.
If you want to know all about Yaakov Spritzer and Co. (the CHJCC and friends) illegal activity, all you have to do is look at what they accused everybody else of doing.
When reading Spritzers lawsuits, you will find it to be 100% projection of what Spritzer is all about.
For example: It’s no secret that Yaakov Spritzer is big into money laundering, theft, bribery, embezzlement, and fraud etc..etc… this being the case, you will find that Yaakov Spritzers (and Co.) favorite accusation against others in his lawsuits is RICO. I think I’ve had occasion to make the observation once before that there are matters in this record which might appropriately be called to the attention of the United States Attorney because my recollection is that there were representations made by Mr. Spritzer to banks and perhaps the federal agencies regarding monies which he has contributed, monies which he invested, things of that sort which are totally inconsistent with other statements which appear in this record and which have been made under oath. I’ve never pursued that reference to the United States Attorney but I recall having made the observation on more than one occasion that that might not be an inappropriate matter for the United States Attorney to look into.
So that we have requests which were made of Mr. Spritzer for bank records. Mr. Kaplan having reviewed as much material as he has been able to review within a limited period of time indicates that there is a very serious lack of the information reflected in the 1990s, or whatever the number of that document is.
Four years ago Spritzer was summoned to a Din Torah by the Machne Menachem Board of Directors, he has still to show up.

Jacob Herzog and his gang of Mossrim have made it a point (for 30 years) to have good innocent residents of Crown Heights arrested and prosecuted with intent to have the opportunity to label those good people as Criminals.

Where he (Herzog) never missed an opportunity to mention that Moshe Rubashkin (who at the time of Daashakohol was the chairman of the CHJCC) was a convicted felon.

Who from these names helped another Jew without making a profit out of it? How from them has sacrificed just one of his OWN dollars to help a needy person?

Every project their involved in , is another money making self serving one. They help no one but themselves!!!

Actually if you think about it, it’s quite sad really.
Think about it.
Why wouldn’t they want to put the names (Spritzer, Speilman and Herzog) of their new vaad, unless they themselves know that their people are “un-kosher”, dirty, blemished mossrim etc… They know good and well what “the community” thinks about Spritzer, Speilman, Herzog and the rest of the gang.
They know that just like you are laughing at the prospect of mossrim like Spritzer and Co. running (out of all things) Kashrut, so to will the rest of “the community” LOL!!!
They know that no one is going to trust them with a penny of theirs, this is why they leave their names out and this is very sad, because despite all the above they are still working with them!
Whatever they do know (as a result of being exposed), they lose!!!!

Three Issues:
1) Obeying a Din Torah:
Says the g-d father of Mesira and court.
The man who when losing in one court, does an underhand move by going to another. When losing at the second court, he tries every trick in the court to avoid justice.
Says the man who never listened/respected any Psak in his entire life.
Says the man who has been delaying a Din Torah for four years.
2) Educating the Community:
a) This statement is insulting all of our intelligence.
b) We all know what the “Psak” was. We all know that the whole “Din Torah” was a joke and a mockery of G-d and his Torah.
c) At this point nobody cares about your phony distracting politics.
What does Spritzer really mean when he says we need to “educate the community”? The following is the real translation of what hes trying to say…
We need to force the community in to submitting to the Psak/CHJCC/Meshichist faction.
We must force our way down the communities throat. We must start a campaign of propaganda, harassment and intimidation (like the good old days).
3) OUR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY!
How hypercritical of the cabal to speak about “obeying a psak” when the very same Psak they speak about states amongst many things, that there must be Nitzgim (representatives). It’s been two years and nothing.
[Added: Before the elections for third Rov, Rosenberg came out with guidelines (Psak) of how a candidate is to be chosen, did the cabal chose a candidate according to the guidelines? No they didn’t, they did as they wished and got away with it (not that they gained anything anyways). So when they come and speak of “listening to a Psak” it’s laughable].
Bottom line: These people are a bunch of hypocrites, lairs, mossrim, bullies, plain and simple evil people. They pick and chooses what they want and the rest they throw out.
They must be defeated at all cost!!!!
