After much thinking W.I.S has come to the conclusion that there is no need to translate (from the comments it is evident that there are does that can read hebrew). 1. what is written there has already (in one form or another) been written on this site. 2. It’s about time that the editor of CrownHeights.info who is one of the victims of this viscous Messira to come defend him self (besides your a better writer then me).
But a comment I will add:
He [Gurfinkal] says he asked a Rov, and that the “ROV” told him he can masser!. First: That is a blatant lie, for no Rov would give permission for outright slander and messira.
Second: Rabbi Schwei was approached and asked if he gave these mossrim permission to do massira, and he said he doesn’t know anything about it! And he is the Rov they recognize.
Third: Let’s say for arguments sake that they went to a different “Rov” and they got permission for this vicious messira, then regarding such a “Rov” the Gemara says in massechta Taanit that if someone is a Talmid Chacham (Torah scholar) and acts properly and fairly, which means not only is he learned, but that his learning has an affect on his day to day activities and the way he handles himself , so on such a Rov it says you should “eat” from I.e learn from, but if not, if this ROV only knows how to learn but he DOESN’T ACT accordingly on such a ROV we say, go far away from him and have nothing to do with him! So even if they claim a ROV gave them permission, in the books he ain’t no ROV!
Also if this so-called ROV was a real ROV how come he didn’t contact shomrim and ask to hear their side of the story? Doesn’t the Torah, our guide in life say that a ROV or Dayan (judge) before he issues a psak (verdict) must investigate first? So even if they got permission from the so-called “ROV”, well this Rov himself operated against Torah! And as the Talmud says ” diveri harav vdiveri hatalmid, diveri mi shoimin? (“Words [of torah] from the Rabbi/teacher [or] from a student, whos do you listen to?”) word Which means when Hashem writes in the Torah a Halacha (law) and a “ROV” comes along and opposes it he can be the most learned man in all the land, we still listen to the Torah!.

usually when an article is in Hebrew the target (the readers) are mostly Israelis (in Israel) and who cares what they think, they don’t live here and don’t know whats really going on (and they can’t help anyways). Why we should not be afraid to let the shmira messira/mishichistim write comments and why should we not be afraid to let people read their propaganda.
To every lie there is some truth.
What does that mean?

They stumble so many times with the details and facts.

You know who hated the hershkops beck in school (in ocean pkway etc…)

Why did they hate them?
because when the hershkops were around (whether in school of the bus) nobody got away with picking on weaker, younger kids.
When they saw some one (like myself) being victimized and picked on daily by bullies they did not just site around (like every body else) and watch, they got involved, they helped. The best part was they were able to do this with out lifting a finger to the bully.

אין לו היתר משום רב מהסיבה הפשוטה שרב לפני כל פסק חייב לזמן את הצד השני. מה עוד שאנשי השומרים ניגשו בתחילת הבלאגן לרב שווי רבם של המשיחיסטים ואף הוא אמר שאין לו קשר לאותם חברה מטורפים ואינו רוצה להתעסק איתם או בזה .

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHI] — A drunk bochur, described as a “Tzfati”, pushed an 83-year-old man down a staircases in 770 on Motzai Shabbos. The incident began inside 770 at around 8:00pm when the drunken Tzfati, who was missing his shirt, grabbed the elderly man and shoved him down a flight of stairs.
A bystander called 911 and scores of cops responded along with a city ambulance who began treating the old man for his injuries. After getting a proper description of the perp, police went searching for him but couldn’t find him, yet they still filed a police report.
An eye witness said the Bochur, who was visibly intoxicated, shoved the old man down the stairs and when he came to rest on the landing proceeded to kick him.
After receiving treatment for close to an hour in an ambulance outside 770, the old man insisted he did not want to go to the hospital and went on his way.
