Lessons From A Thief

by

It is possible to utilize for G-d’s service, according to Torah, all behavior-traits. This includes those traits that are unwholesome, and even those that are evil, as their names and descriptions indicate. For example, the tzadik Rabbi Meshulam Zusya of Anipoli, of blessed memory, learned a number of methods of serving G-d – from a thief:

a) He works quietly without others knowing.

b) He is ready to place himself in danger.

c) The smallest detail is of great importance to him.

d) He labors with great toil.

e) Alacrity.

f) He is confident and optimistic.

g) If he did not succeed the first time, he tries again and again.

Hayom Yom (From day to day) compiled and arranged by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of righteous memory, in 5703 (1943) from the talks and letters of the sixth Chabad Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, of righteous memory.

  1. learned a number of methods from the Meshichistim Mossrim of CH Says:

    a) He works quietly without others knowing.
The Mossrim work behind the scenes against good innocent people. They preach hate and propaganda to the community, city officials and even the district attorneys office.

    b) He is ready to place himself in danger.
The Mossrim are not ready to put themselves in danger but they are willing to put you in harms way. They will kill if they have to.

    c) The smallest detail is of great importance to him.
They will work tirelessly to plan their Messiras up to the smallest details.

    d) He labors with great toil.
The mossrim will make those phone calls and follow up until thay get what they want.

    e) Alacrity.
The mossrim will demonstrate their eagerness to destroy their victims, they will do so with great zeal.

    f) He is confident and optimistic.
The Mossrim will post and boost about their great Mesiras on-line. They will fantasize of the glory of their success (of seeing other Jews locked up).

    g) If he did not succeed the first time, he tries again and again.
If one Mesira fails, the mossrim will be back another day to try again.

The above are lesson well learned from the mossrim. Now what they did with lies and propaganda we must do with the truth.
