Joke Of the Week

by

Mishpatim, Chapter 21: 1. And these are the ordinances that you shall set before them.

Rashi: BEFORE THEM: But not before gentiles. Even if you know that they [gentiles] judge a certain law similarly to the laws of Israel, do not bring it to their courts, for one who brings Jewish lawsuits before gentiles profanes the [Divine] Name and honors the name of idols to praise them (other editions: to give them importance), as it is said: “For not like our Rock [God] is their rock, but [yet] our enemies judge [us]” (Deut. 32:31). When [we let] our enemies judge [us], this is testimony to [our] esteem of their deity. — [From Tanchuma 3].

R. Tarfon used to say: In any place where you find gentile courts, even though their law is the same as the Israelite law, you must not resort to them since it says, ‘These are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.’ (Ex. 21:1) this is to say, ‘before them’ and not before gentiles. (Talmud  Gittin)

HA, HA, HA What a joke. All this mumble jumbo above is all irrelevant for these days. These laws are for Moses days. We are now living freely in America, who needs this old testament stuff. If you have a problem with a fellow Jew, take it to court, call 311 or something, let the American justice system work it out, after all, just look around my friends everybody’s doing it, it’s the way to go. Mesira? Thats an old fashion and an offensive word (we don’t want to offend anyone now, do we?), now it’s called JUSTICE!!!

Shomrim Six Mesira (Involved: Chanina Sperlin, Mendle Hendel, The CHJCC, Elie Poltorak, Hennay White, Paul Huebner, Yankle Spritzer, Dov Hinkind, Shmira Mesira members- Yossi Stern, Yanky Prager and Leib Skoblo).

CHJCC and Paul Huebners Lawsuit against Shomrim

Gmach, Local Business Owners Subpoenaed by Chanina Sperlin and Elie Poltorak

Yankle the Ganev Spritzer takes seven families to court with vicious Mesira

The CHJCC takes Reb Dovid Fischer to court

Shmira Mesira uses the 311 system (with over 200 calls) to attack members of Shomrim

(Notice that all parities above, who take people to court are all associated and work hand in hand).

So, out with the old and in with the new.

If you are truly offended by this post, then good, that was my intentions.

Know this, these Mesira’s  are making a joke and mockery of  our G-d and his/our Torah is happening daily all around you, right under your noses. These people doing these Mesira’s are people that you might be socializing  with, “praying with” and doing business with. The Mossrim might even be from your family, your friends and neighbors. These Mossrim are making a mockery of everything you are and everything to believe (as a g-d fearing Jew). The Mossrim take YOUR holy Torah and spit and dance on it (not with it). The Mossrim laugh at you, because they know they will get away with it. All they really have to do is plan their next target.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT???

  1. Drown The mossrim in Mikva Says:

Aral Segel in his weekly column in the Israeli Newspaper Ma’ariv, relays an interesting tale about the Tzemach Tzedek and the “Chapers” (Kidnappers who would capture Jewish children to serve in the Czar’s army, known as Kantonistim). According to Segal, the Tzemach Tzedek instructed members of his clandestine group “Chevre Techias Hameisim” to drown the “Chapers” while they immerse in the Mikvah, citing the Din of ‘Rodef’.

Here’s the story as it appears in the Ma’ariv:

Russia 1827 – Czar Nicholas the First, a devout Christian, issued a law subjecting Jewish Children to 25 years mandatory service in the Russian Army, where they will subsequently be converted to Christianity. This episode left a shameful scare on the Jewish community, as it lead to the crossing of all moral and ethical lines.

Community Heads were forces to fill a quota of a certain number of boys demanded by the Czar for each city. So they devised a evil scheme to ‘protect’ their own positions as well as the well-conected families of the City: They hired “Chapers” to kidnap the downtrodden children and hand them over to the authorities. These “Chapers” were by no means forced into this, rather they did it by their own free will, for the money involved.

Subsequently the Tzemach Tzedek founded a special committee to handle the situation. Amongst other things, they ran a group called “Chevre Techias Hameisim”, who were responsible to re-capture these children in any way possible, ranging from bribing the guards, to all out killing of the “Chapers”, based on the Halachik laws of a ‘Rodef’ and ‘Moser’. Some of the “Chapers” were killed in the Mikva, while others “vanished” while traveling between cities.

  2. WhoIsShmira? Says:

ALL THOSE WHO HAD THE POWER TO STOP THE BLOOD LIBEL THAT WOULD HAVE LANDED 6 INNOCENT JEWS IN JAIL AND DIDN’T, THEY ARE JUST AS GUILTY AS THOSE WHO ACTUALLY TESTIFIED.

THERE ARE A FEW PEOPLE IN CROWN HEIGHTS WHO WITH ONE PHONE CALL COULD HAVE ENDED THE MESIRA. THOSE PEOPLE (WHO HAD THE POWER TO STOP THE MESIRA) WERE APPROACHED BY MEMBERS OF SHOMRIM AND MANY OTHER CARING PEOPLE AND ASKED TO INTERVENE, BUT THEY DID NOT MAKE THAT ONE PHONE CALL, THEY ALL SAID THEY CAN’T HELP.

WIS BELIEVES THAT THEY COULD HAVE HELPED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE, THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE.

IT TURNS OUT THAT SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE WERE ACTUALLY INVOLVED IN THE MESIRA AND THEREFOR HAD AN INTEREST THAT IN PROCEED. THE OTHERS HAD ANOTHER INTEREST AND THAT IS TO PROTECT THE POT OF MONEY. ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO COULD HAVE HELPED AND DIDN’T HAVE THEIR AGENDA, THEY ARE INDEED ALSO PART OF THE POT OF GOLD.

WIS WILL EXPOSE AND TAKE THEM ALL DOWN! ALL OF YOU AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, THAT HAD THE POWER TO STOP THIS AND DIDN’T, ARE GUILTY OF MESIRA!

[In fact those who testified are the smallest players in this mesira. They were to be a distraction. Guess what, G-d will take care of them, WIS with the help of G-d will take care of you].

“Whenever a person can save another person’s life, but he fails to do so, he transgresses a negative commandment, as Leviticus 19:16 states: “Do not stand idly by while your brother’s blood is at stake.”
Similarly, this commandment applies when a person sees a colleague drowning at sea or being attacked by robbers or a wild animal, and he can save him himself or can hire others to save him. Similarly, it applies when he hears gentiles or mosrim conspiring to harm a colleague or planning a snare for him, and he does not inform him and notify him of the danger.
And it applies when a person knows of a gentile or a man of force who has a complaint against a colleague, and he can appease the aggressor on behalf of his colleague, but he fails to do so. And similarly, in all analogous instances, a person who fails to act transgresses the commandment: “Do not stand idly by while your brother’s blood is at stake.”
