A command post, which is used to help others in need in the community, whether it be a missing persons or residents waiting outside in the cold because of a fire and perhaps can help safe a life etc…etc… (one thing for sure, it’s defiantly not bothering anyone). This command post is being targeted by NYPD with ticket after ticket? why? Because Yossi Stern ordained, who’s running this police department?

While Yankle Spritzer (who runs a PRIVATE business, which has nothing to do with the community), the 71st precinct neighbor  is getting away with this, everyday, dispute many complaint from residents and neighbors …

The police car is not there to direct traffic, it was trying to get by, like everybody else.

Neighbors have been complaining to the city for years and nothing has been done. Spritzers trucks have been blocking their cars from coming and going.

A few years back, one of the Jewish neighbors wanted to construct a driveway in front of his house, Spritzer did all he can to stop this (with me$ira etc….)

Only to find out that the reason they gave Spritzer these privileges (listen to this people, your going to like this), is because Spritzer has been telling them (the board in charge of all this) that his company is for the benefit of the community (It’s non-profit and gives poor residents “the poor” residents discount prices)  . Meaning: the community knows that when they need something, they come to Yankle Spritzer (warehouse). The neighbor was shocked to hear this and informed them that that was not the case. (WIS will follow this story).

Police arrested five men over the weekend after getting complaints about a house in South Fallsburg where kids were being served alcohol and people were smoking marijuana.

Fallsburg police got the calls Saturday night, and between 9 and 10 p.m. they went to the address on Laurel Avenue in South Fallsburg.

Police say they broke up a large party at the house, and arrested five men. Police said they were among the oldest people at the party, and some of them had supplied the alcohol to the younger partiers. Police said the party-goers were summer residents.

David Huebner, 18, and Chesky Schwartz, 18, both of Brooklyn, and Chaim Saxton, 21, of Monsey were charged with misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawfully dealing with a child and possession of stolen property.

Klevan Mayer, 18, of Brooklyn was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of governmental administration. A 17-year-old Brooklyn boy was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. All five are free pending appearances in Fallsburg Town Court.

Simmonetti aware of their criminal past has allowed the group to join a city wide civilian observation patrol also know as C.O.P. with the keys to the precinct these criminals run around in marked NYPD cars, using these cars for personal use, abusing red lights, parking anywhere they want (even found parking in front of fire pumps for hours at a time in front of either their residents or work).

This year shmira had a plan. The plan was to stop Shomrim from attending the annual Simchas Beis Ashoava. They designed and hung up signs for ‘No Parking’ on Kingston Ave. from Empire to Crown Street. Something that was never done in the past. From the minute Yom Tov was over Yossi Stern ,Yanki Prager and Efraim Okonov were hard at work. Ordering tow trucks to move this car and that car, put it there not here shouted Okonov pointing to a green Honda belonging to a Crown Heights resident.

Now that they got rid of all the cars there was one big problem left, and that was the Shomrim command post. The Shomrim command post has been posted in that spot (Corner of Crown & Kingston) every Shabbos and Yomtov for emergency communal purposes. The command has served Crown Heights residence in hundreds of cases from missing children, fire jobs, etc.

Nervous and pacing up and down Kingston Stern and Prager try to work their magic. Holding two phones Stern is heard yelling ” I don’t care, move them now!!”.  NYPD officers converge to the command post and request it be moved. Aron Hershkop a coordinator is called over and explains to the officers that the command is here for a reason and it will not be going anywhere any time soon. The officer understand and sympathize with him, only to go on and say the guys (Stern and Prager, the shmira “leaders”) across the street are putting a lot of pressure on the boss*.

Seeing that Shomrim are not giving in the their planed (and very desperate) attack they run home and bring their patrol cars. (ye) Stern even brought his personal car. Of-course the closer they could park to the Shomrim command the better chance that they will blend in (trying to fade Shomrim away). Of course that backfires too. See, people from out of Crown Height don’t know the difference so, all night Shomrim were being congratulated for there new cars. shmira actually thought it is color war (being the children that they are). Little did they know that Shomrim doesn’t care for them (Sorry traffic agent, it’s Not “both sides jumping up and down”). Loooooooooooosers!!!

Dovid Leib Wolosow, Another Shmira Mesira Zero

It happened a little while ago, but the memory is still fresh in our minds, a missianist Jew is arrested after coming to the defense of a Lubavitcher Yid in Crown Heights Brooklyn one evening in the early summer months. A Lubavitcher Yid is walking down Albany ave minding his business, when a young African American male punk began harassing him.  A missianic Jew fearing for another Yids safety, came to his aid.  After the missianic Jew  was himself attacked by the young African American male punk, A chase ensued, which ended on the corner of Empire & Albany, Where the victims and the perpetrator were met by Shomrim and police.

Since taking over the 71st precinct, inspector Peter Simonetti has shown a deep seated hatred, [sown by the shmira mossrims propaganda] for any and all Shomrim members (and other prominent families of Anash), even threatening the overtime of officers who were to even talk to a Shomrim member. After getting a description of the story by a biased African American School crossing guard, who obviously had seen only the last part of the incident, Inspector Peter Simonetti decided that the Yidden were in the wrong, and he would to go after the Jews.

Dovid Leib Wolosow, hearing that this incident had possibly involved members of Shomrim, and looking to score points with his thug leaders, Stern, Prager, and Skoblo, three gangsters who worked tirelessly with their infamous shmira lawyer Paul Huebner to have six Shomrim members arrested, and prosecuted through a vicious concocted Messira, and also trying to impress the Inspector, sought out one of the store owners on Albany avenue, and obtained video evidence, which viewed  from that particular episode in the entire incident, incriminates the missianic Jew. The video was handed over to the police. The missianic Jew was arrested and charged.

From the moment Whoisshmira learned that inspector Peter Simonetti was creating a Community Observation Patrol (cop)  which would involve the criminals gangsters, and convicted criminals of the shmira, Whoisshmira knew that this was a mitigated disaster in the making. The Cop was created with the goal of disintegrating  Jewish run patrols in Crown Heights. Thank you Shomrim for not taking the bait and  not falling  into the trap.

Whoisshmira has learned that Zalman Lezell who is described as a super nice guy, and is a member of the Cop, and is involved with shmira for many years, called a Crown Heights mother who’s daughter was the victim of a terrible beating by 10 young African American criminal punks, in an effort to persuade her to make the case disappear like it never happened.

On an evening about two weeks ago a 12 year old girl was viciously attacked by a group of young punks, and when her mother later tried to make a police report she was brushed off by police (read story here)

When the police failed to pay proper attention to this horrible incident, the media was notified, and  the story was featured in the daily news, getting the police a little more interested, and  also interesting a group working with/for the police department, the Cop.

After the story was featured in the daily news the mother of the victim received a call from Zalman Lezell, who using a super nice tone of voice attempted persuade the mother  not to go onto a TV news channel which was to air the story that day, using the veiled threat, that if she was to go on TV, there was a black group that was going to hold a press conference with the goal of stating that the girl who was attacked was indeed the one to blame, blame the victim (1 Jewish girl vs. 10 black kids (?)).

Now Whoisshmira has nothing against those that go out patrolling our streets, helping the needy, and generally doing good for the community, but where does it come into play for Zalman Lezell “the nice guy” to  try to get a distraught woman to have to tell her daughter that after she was beaten (the daughter) she (the mother) did nothing? and for Zalmen Lezell who is involved in a group with the likes of Yossi Stern, Leib Skoblo, Yanki Prager, and Paul Huebner, and their minions, who actively and persistently worked hard to get other Jews arrested and prosecuted through a vicious Messira, what made him take it  personally upon himself to assist the perpetrators of this crime?

It’s all in the friends you keep.  Zalman Lezell owes the family of the victim, and the community an apology.

If g-d forbid you are a victim of a crime, be very wary of people like Zalman Lezzel. Zalman may be a nice guy ( I truly believe that he is and I truly believe that he means well), but nice doesn’t mean right.  Zalman Lezzel and the likes of him do not put the Jewish community first. His priority is the NYPD, even if it means an innocent victim losses out.

Mayor David N. Dinkins took his campaign for racial harmony to Crown Heights yesterday, urging a mixed group of black youths from the neighborhood and Jewish teen-agers from around the city to look beyond their differences and unite in ways their parents have often not been able to.

Holding a microphone and weaving around the Crown Heights Youth Collective, the Mayor worked a crowd of 100 or so teen-agers, at times like a television talk-show host. He encouraged the teen-agers to talk about race and reflect on a short presentation they had just seen on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a show that evoked images of the bombings, beatings and bravery of the civil-rights movement in the South.

The prisoners march along ant-like, carrying huge round stones balanced on their shoulders, while the weight seemingly crushes their heads. The prisoners march into an indefinite distance, seeming to come from a great subterranean cavern. The distances involved are  illusionistic: the dimensions of the quarry are seemingly modest, but the work involved is titanic. The Kapo is darker and larger than his fellow prisoners, at once less and more. In the foreground a crude figure lays sprawled and contorted, bleeding from the head, probably dead, a victim of Kapo violence. But the march goes on unendingly and no one is allowed to aid him. The SS officers look on with approval.

“Get out for roll call!!” Additional Kapo abuse is depicted. Two Kapos flank the door, brandishing symbols of official and personal violence. Both wear a green triangle, marking them as “professional criminals.” The prisoners are disgorged chaotically through the door-frame, flinching and falling.
