FORCING HIMSELF ONTO UNDERAGE GIRLS

While patrolling one night together with his Shmira buddies Menachem Kozlovsky pulled over the shmira car next to a basement where girls were staying told his companions “want to see how to get girls?” and knocked on their door, when a girl opened up he said “we got a call that there was somone in the basement and we came to check it out.”

The girl knew the kind of people Shmira are didn’t allow him in, yet he forced his way into the basement and together with his partners in crime went into the basement and forced himself on the girl.

TAKING PICTURES OF INJURED POLICE OFFICERS

When a motorcycle police officer was seriously injured in a car accident Menachem Kozlovsky together with an unknown Shmira confederate snuck into the Kings County Emergency Room and tried taking pictures of the then unconscious police officer.

A doctor happened to walk into the room as they were taking the pictures and chased them out and alerted the police.

FROM A BROKEN AND DEPRESSED HOME

8 Years ago Kozlovkys father was driving two of his kids to school in Israel and after dropping the boy off he continued his way to the girls school and was involved in a fatal single car crash which killed both the father and the girl.

Sad as the story is, the investigation concluded that the only way for the accident to happen was for the driver to intentionally cause it. There were no faults with the car and the driver wasn’t impaired by any drugs or alcohol.

It was always common knowlage that the father was a depressed and miserable soul, and what everyone knew, that he killed himself and his daughter, was never spoken out loud.
