To add: The only reason Yaakov Spritzer wanted the camp, was so that he can have a way to launder money.
This is evident from all the courts verdicts.

all the years that Hershkop and co. had the camp grounds in Lackawaxen, PA there was never any hurricanes, tornado or floods.
but somehow when Spritzer had the camp grounds in Lackawaxen there was almost every year either a “hurricanes, tornado or flood” which “destroyed” a bunk house or two.
spritzer made his money off insurance jobs and money laundering.
