WHO WAS THE INCOMPETENT LOSER THAT LOST THIS ITEM?

HOW DID WIS OBTAIN THIS?
How do you report this lost or stolen, do you say "my fake police Id and badge was lost/stolen?"
WHO: The loser as you can clearly see for yourselves is Menachem Kozlovsky.
WHERE: Now you have to understand, this item did not just fall from the sky and what are the chances that I myself would find this lying around, very slim. So where did this come from?
A few weeks ago WIS received an e-mail from someone claiming to be a woman with the e-mail address sexypink411@hotmail.com, she claimed to have found the site WhoIsShmira by doing a goggle search of the name Shmira and Kozlovsky (as seen on fake Id). She claimed to be a prostitute who had been visited by Mr. Kozlo several times in the past. She claimed that Mr. Kozlo had left this Id by her. She also mentioned that she was angry at him and wanted to get revenge. She claimed that the last time Kozlo saw her he used and abused her and didn’t even leave a tip. HOW: She offered to mail the Id to me if I promised to post it. She also made it a point to mention how Mr. Kozlo came by with friends wearing uniforms and caring radios and claiming to be police and at one point they came with a police car (known to us as the COP car).

The date issued on this is 2007, in those days the shmira were not good with the n.y.p.d, those days under vagga.
i don’t believe that this was done with the coordination of the nypd. the shmira as they do now with the cop, do what they want.
they are a reckless bunch. can’t believe the nypd took them in.
whatever now the police can babysit.

I Shmulik Kozlowski decided to take the money and write a Torah scroll in my father memory.
It came the day of the Hachnasas Sefer Torah and everything was ready … … my brother Menachem did not come ?????????????? Menachem Kozlowski my brother who did not come to bring a Torah scroll in his father memory, because he’s mad at me why I spent so much money just to honor our father … … … … … ….
It should be noted that the money we received was not enough to write a Sefer Torah
But thanks for people who have contributed so I could have full amount to pay everything.
So what do you think about my ex-brother Menachem .. Thoughts?

At first I obviously thought the above comment was not real, could such a thing be true, a brother, a son not coming to honor a father? Na, could not be. Perhaps somebody was just impersonating Shmuly?
Remembering that the Hachnosas Sefer Torah ceremony was posted on Chabad.info, I went ahead and did a quick search and Walla, guess what I found or better yet didn’t find in the pictures. Yep, you guessed it Menachem Koslovsky. What a dirty shame. He can’t get his family together but hes going to fix and protect the community. Before trying to throw a hug around Crown Heights, try hugging your own brother!
